On Saturday, October 27, the cross country team competed in the IHSA Sectional at Midlothian Meadows. The Crusaders placed 12th in the 21 team field. Leading the way was James Durkin in 16th with a time of 15:18. Pat Maguire was 28th in 15:27 and Anthony Maciag was 42nd in a new PR of 15:40. Durkin’s performance left him just shy of qualifying for the state finals. The Crusaders end the season with both Durkin and Maguire earning spots on the All-Time record board.
