This document describes Brother Rice High School’s Consumer Data Privacy Policy. That is, how we protect your privacy and treat your data when you submit personal information to us. The technical aspects of privacy protection, such as encryption and data transfer security, are described below. The tuition payment, donations and bookstore product order forms consist of a number of fields that you are asked to fill in. Some of them are compulsory, others optional. The fields are:

Company or organization
E-mail address (*)
Telephone number
Delivery address (*)
Country (*)
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. Brother Rice stores the information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any un-requested information.

If you want to pay with a credit card, you have to give the following information:
Credit card verification (name on credit card)
Credit card number
Expiration date of credit card

The credit card information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your order. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by Brother Rice and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. The transaction has a very high level of security.

Your credit card details are sent directly to payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. The payments are deposited by Brother Rice’s authorized customer service staff within the Finance Office. Other employees do not have access to the transaction management system. This is only valid for tuition payments made, donations made or products ordered directly from Brother Rice High School.

Your contact information is sent to Brother Rice’s server over an unencrypted connection and forwarded to our authorized customer service staff. Other Brother Rice employees do not have access to the information.
