Shipping

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and an email verifying such receipt is emailed to the customer. Any non-pickup orders will be shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified when ordering. Stated shipping charges will apply.

Returns

A refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase. The payment must have been purchased online from www.brotherrice.org/store. A Return Authorization form will be provided at the time the claim request is made. Please complete the Return Authorization per the instructions provided when returning a product or requesting a tuition reversal to Brother Rice High School - Finance Office.

Shipping charges (where applicable) are refundable only if a shipped product was lost or damaged during shipping. Undamaged products must be returned to:
