Brother Rice High School is proud to announce the appointment of Patryk Kibler as the next Head Coach of the Crusader Soccer Program, effective immediately.
Coach Kibler brings a strong and diverse background in soccer, with experience at the high school, collegiate, club, and private training levels. He currently serves as Director of High School Boys and Head Coach with the La Grange Celtics, where he oversees U13–U18 programming, leads long-term player development, mentors coaches, and establishes clear standards for competitive excellence. In addition, he has collegiate coaching experience as an Assistant Coach at Roosevelt University, where he was part of coaching staffs that achieved historic postseason success and developed multiple all-conference and award-winning student-athletes.
A former five-year full-scholarship collegiate student-athlete, Coach Kibler competed at the NJCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, and NAIA levels, earning numerous honors including Region Defender of the Year, team captain, and conference and regional championships. His playing and coaching journey has shaped a philosophy centered on discipline, accountability, leadership, and building authentic relationships with players.
Coach Kibler’s approach aligns closely with the mission of Brother Rice High School. He emphasizes a player-centered model that challenges young men to compete at a high level while developing habits, character, and responsibility that extend beyond the field. His commitment to forming well-rounded student-athletes reflects Brother Rice’s tradition of excellence both academically and athletically.
“My goal is to honor Brother Rice’s school tradition and supporters by building daily habits that create lasting success and meaningful futures for our young men,” said Coach Kibler.
“Patryk’s energy, soccer knowledge, and ability to connect with young men stood out throughout the process,” said Brother Rice Principal and Athletic Director Bob Alberts. “He understands what it means to build a program rooted in standards, culture, and long-term development, and we are excited for the future of Crusader Soccer under his leadership.”
Coach Kibler holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Roosevelt University. He will immediately begin offseason preparations for the upcoming season.
