On Saturday, the cross country team won the IHSA regional championship, defeating TF North 28-37.  This is the second title in a row, and also makes three in four years, and nine in school history. The Crusaders went 1-2, with Eddie Burke as the individual champion and Jimmy Maguire right behind him.  Alex MacFarlane (6th), Charlie Walsh (8th) and Harrison Morg (11th) rounded out the scoring.  Freshman Sean Sullivan was a last minute entry and ran a gutsy race to place 12th. Jordan Harris finished 17th after playing in the soccer regional championship the night before.  This Saturday, the team will travel back to Thornridge for the IHSA sectional championship and a right to qualify for the state finals.
