A Comprehensive Campaign for Brother Rice High School
Our Capital Campaign is a strategic plan our school community has embraced to ensure that Brother Rice continues to be well-positioned to provide the young men of Chicago with an exceptional high school experience. The Capital Campaign recognizes that the opportunity to experience a Brother Rice education should be accessible and affordable to all.

2021-2022: Phase I

- Classroom Renovations – ONGOING
Relocate and renovate baseball/multi-purpose field, adding artificial turf- Renovate Cafeteria (Carmody Center) creating additional student commons – ONGOING
Upgraded Athletic Fields
We have reoriented George Sedlacek Field, with home plate being moved beyond what is currently the right field corner.
The new layout and turf allow for multiple sports to use this area for practice and other activities outside of baseball.
Upgrade Student Commons Areas
Our plan is to improve the areas that impact students the most. This being the library, the cafeteria, and the gym.
