Brian Bulkley ’78 is remembered as a loyal friend, professional colleague, mentor, and true leader. Brian was a Crusader through and through; he volunteered for numerous boards and was a strong financial supporter of Brother Rice. The intent of this scholarship is to provide four scholarships of $2,000 annually to students who exemplify Brian’s character.
