On Monday, June 1, a private service will be held to honor the life of our friend, teacher, and colleague, Bob Peters. The Brother Rice community and students are welcome to line the route in their Crusader clothing as Bob’s family leaves Becvar and Sons Funeral Home on their way to Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

We are asking the students and families that want to pay their respects to Bob Peters, to park at Palos Courts tomorrow morning at 10:15 a.m. and stand along the sidewalk on Ridgeland from 127th to route 83.  Please wear your crusader clothing. The funeral procession will pass along Ridgeland on the way to the cemetery.

In addition, Brother Rice will set up a memorial for Mr. Peters on Tuesday and Wednesday (June 2-3), from 8:00 a.m. -1:00 p.m., outside of the Main Office on the western entrance of the building. Here, you can leave notes, cards, and flowers that will be delivered to the Peters Family. Counseling services will also be available for students on an appointment basis. Please contact the Director of Counseling, Patrick Creed at pcreed@brrice.org to set an appointment time.

Please join us as we honor the life of Bob Peters.
