The Masters golf tournament held on the weekend of April 10 was one of the most historic sporting events so far this year.

The Masters is held at Augusta National Golf Club which is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious and well-known courses in the world. Augusta is known to be extremely difficult, and it lived up to this standard. The greens were as fast as lightning, making scoring very difficult for every player in the field, which added a lot of excitement to the tournament.

The annual winter break ski trip looked a little different this year than in the past.

Normally, most ski resorts in the Midwest open around the middle of November. This year proved to be much different with most resorts opening late December to early January. This is almost a two month gap, which are costly days missed when ideal days for skiing are hard to come by.

After a long year of Covid-19 ruining our favorite sporting events, the Masters is back. Arguably the best event in all of sports will be played this Thursday through Sunday at Augusta National Golf Course in Augusta, Georgia. The course is absolutely stunning and holds some of the richest traditions in all of sports. Golf isn’t a sport for everyone, but the Masters is a must-watch event.
