Another successful Career Day took place last Friday. Thank you to all the Brother Rice Alumni that made Career Day such a success.

Senior Troy Bever said, “Career Day was overall a pretty good experience. It was interesting hearing about all these different jobs, some of which I have never even heard of, and the former students telling stories from their various walks of life.”

Career Day is a way to learn about all the possible job paths Brother Rice students can take. Alumni that come to Career Day give out business cards and industry knowledge so that students have an easier time searching for jobs after high school and college.

Senior Jack Urchell said, “Career Day gave me a better insight at all the possibilities in the next four years and beyond. I think Brother Rice should continue to have Career Day every year, and welcome back more alumni in the future.”

Senior Diego Bahena said, “Brother Rice should continue to have Career Day. It’s a great opportunity for students to learn about different career paths and hear from professionals in those fields. It can help students figure out what they want to do in the future and give them a sense of direction. Plus, it’s always interesting to hear about different careers and what they entail.”
