The many months of this quarantine have been torture and lately I have been thinking of the first thing I will do once it is all over.

Seeing as the weather will be warm by the time June 1 rolls around, I believe that the best thing that I could do would be to take a nice swim. I miss the beach, the pool, and any other way of being able to cool myself in some cool water.

Senior Jack Eastman said, “I miss being able to take a ride over to Ridge Country Club and cooling off in its amazing pool.”

I miss the days of riding my bike to my friends’ houses and spending the whole day messing around in their pools. Many of Brother Rice’s seniors are missing some other aspects of daily life before the quarantine disrupted everything.

Senior Louie Stepanek said, “When this quarantine ends, the first thing I plan on doing is heading straight to my gym and working out.”

Also, Senior TJ Murphy said, “I miss being able to play softball with my friends.”

Needless to say, once the quarantine ends, this will be a very busy summer for the Brother Rice Class of 2020.
