Red Dead Redemption 2 was one of the top games in late 2018, and early 2019, made by Rockstar Games. The video game is based in 1899 in the Wild West. A gang is fleeing federal agents after a robbery gone bad and making a grueling march west as an attempt to escape prosecution.

After just 3 days of being released, Red Dead Redemption 2 already grossed $272 million, making it one of the highest-earning video games of all time.

The game is almost like a “cousin” to Grand Theft Auto, as it is a live-in open map with so many different options to do or explore.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is appealing to many, including me because it can bring you back to the days of the Wild West and show you what it was like in that historic time.

Senior Tommy Boyle said, “Red Dead Redemption is my favorite game because it is based on my favorite period to learn about, the Wild West.”

The story mode for Red Dead takes a long time to complete, which would be great for quarantine because it can keep you entertained for a long time.

Red Dead has the best graphics of any game that I have ever played. Senior Danny Bombard said, “Red Dead’s graphics are insane, it is almost like you are in the game in real life.”
