Where has all the time gone?
In August of 2016, my classmates and I embarked on a journey we will remember for the rest of our lives. We began to learn the true meaning of being a man of Edmund Rice.
But then, BOOM! We are already here, closing out our second to last semester as Crusaders.
As our horizons are expanding quicker than we can realize, some students cannot help but become flustered and stress about the future. The applications, test scores, transcripts, and oh so much more that has to be taken care of, can truly send a student through a spin cycle.
The comforting side of the situation is in knowing that we could not be more prepared for what’s to come in the final semester and beyond. Our teachers and staff work wonders in making these processes as cooperative and stress-free as possible.
“I think I speak for most of us when I say I would be a dead man if it weren’t for our counselors. They do a great job with each, individual student. They make sure we stay informed and we’re staying on top of our deadlines,” said senior Tom Crane.
The Class of 2020 holds extreme potential. The skill sets that have been developed amongst these young adults for the last four years are astounding. I have grown side-by-side with each and every member of this class, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The friends and memories I made at this school are life changing. Never will I forget the days I blissfully walked the halls with my best friends without a worry in the world except for taking that hard test we’re all scared of.
That being said, we’re ready to send our last semester out with a bang. We all know that every day counts now, and we plan on making these last days our best.
