Brother Rice High School is excited to announce the return of its beloved original cafeteria cookies, a long-standing favorite among students, faculty, and alumni. After much anticipation and overwhelming demand from the Brother Rice community, the school has made the decision to bring back the classic recipe that generations of Crusaders have cherished.
For years, the Brother Rice cafeteria cookies were a staple of the student experience, known for their delicious homemade taste and nostalgic appeal. When the recipe was changed in recent years, students and alumni alike voiced their longing for the original treat that had become a symbol of their time at Brother Rice.
“The return of the original cookies is about more than just a sweet treat – it’s about tradition, nostalgia, and the bonds that make Brother Rice a family,” said Greg Nye, Vice President of External Relations at Brother Rice. “We heard the voices of our students and alumni loud and clear, and we couldn’t be happier to bring back a piece of that cherished experience.”
The reintroduction of the classic cookies will officially take place Wednesday, March 26, 2025, with a special launch event in the cafeteria. Students and faculty will have the opportunity to enjoy the cookies once again, and alumni are encouraged to stop by and relive a delicious part of their high school memories.
