Through the Platt Family Foundation, Mary Ann and Larry Platt (Brother Rice Class of 1968) have provided $278,600 in scholarship funds for 173 students since 2003.
Due to hybrid learning, 41 members of the Class of 2022 competed for the scholarship over two days on November 18th and 19th. Since 2003, 1,162 Brother Rice students have sat for the 70-minute contest.
